The purpose of this document is to describe the decision criteria and methods used by the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) and Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) to collect data, conduct a spatial analysis, and produce the map overlays that are needed to draft plan designations for marine resources and uses.
