*Please note that this agenda is an attempt to give notice of the intended sequence of events at the meeting.  Time or topics may change up to the last minute. The Chair will strive to ensure that there is an opportunity for public comment prior to OPAC making major policy decisions.  

Public Comment Process: Participants will be able to provide public comment remotely during the Public Comment agenda item and will be asked to self-identify through the chat function. The total time for public comments will be divided by the number of individuals who want to provide testimony, with a maximum time of 3 minutes.
